Bookings will be held for 48 hours pending
payment.
Payment by credit card at time of booking is preferred.
Please contact our office between 8.30am and 5.30pm Mon-Sat and 9am-5pm Sunday and Public Holidays to book a Site for Caravans and Camping. Refer to our ‘Tariff Calculator’ and ‘Reservations’ page to enable you to book our Cabins online.

Deposits
Peak Bookings:
One Night Bookings - Full Payment Required at Time of Booking.
For bookings of more than 2 nights, a 50% deposit is required at the time of
booking .
Off Peak Bookings:
One Night Bookings - Full Payment Required at Time of Booking.
For bookings of more than two (2) nights the equivalent of one night's tariff is required as a deposit to secure a booking. |
Check In/Out
Check In - 2:00pm
Check Out - 10:00am

Cancellations
We understand that unexpected situations arise.
We would appreciate as much warning as possible.
A refund will be available (less a $30 cancellation fee) when a booking is
cancelled more than 14 days before the booked date.
The booking deposit will be lost if a booking is not cancelled more than 14 days before the booked date.
